Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon is the third installment in the Broken Sword series of computer games, and was released on November 17, 2003.
George and Nicole Collard return in the third Broken Sword game, released in October 2003. The game is 3D, unlike the two previous games which are traditional 2D point-and-click games.
The story of the game is connected with the adventurous duo of George Stobbart and Nico Collard who are drawn in to a terrifying conspiracy to harness as an ancient power. Brought together by fate and intrigued by the mystery, they fight sinister forces, uncover an ancient conspiracy, and discover a fiendish source of pure evil. Lured into the steaming jungles of the Congo, castles in Prague, the chic back-streets of Paris and the historic English village of Glastonbury, the duo must unravel the mystery involving the "Voynich Manuscript" which holds the secrets of the evil power, the Sleeping Dragon, and save mankind.
Ports of Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon were released on the Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation 2 platforms. However, the PlayStation 2 version can only be found in Europe and Japan.
